I would just leave it be unless its really bugging you. You said its only 26k in the email so i think since its that small just leave it be. Sorry you got hacked but an .icc file is not the culprit. Before you try anything you should think about doing a free scan for .icc related registry errors. This will ensure your computer is ready to precede.
