What's a .pdf file extension

Question: Employee Orientation.pdf help, i dont have word i have wordpad this has been a problem in the past, have any tips for me.

Answer: Hey thanks Rico for the question on the .pdf file. Happy to say however that this does not require Word to open. A .pdf file extension tells me that this file needs Adobe Acrobat and you can get a free version online. Just google or bing adobe acrobat reader and download the newest version. It think the current version is 8 or 9 at the moment.

Thats the beatury of pdf files really, you dont need word to open them so anyone in the world can read the file. PDF is quickly becoming the universal document extension.

Before you try anything you should think about doing a free scan for .pdf related registry errors. This will ensure your computer is ready to precede.
